Rachael Andrews

Investment Associate

Rachael Andrews, an Investment Associate with Crest Rock Partners, is responsible for screening and analyzing opportunities and executing investments. Prior to joining Crest Rock, Rachael was a Senior Associate Consultant at L.E.K. in New York City, where she was involved in conducting commercial due diligence and growth strategy projects for funds investing across a variety of sectors. Rachael started her career with Capco as a Consultant.

Rachael received a B.A. in Economics from Oberlin College, where she was a four-year varsity athlete. Prior to Oberlin, Rachael spent three years studying in Beijing, China.

Outside of Crest Rock, Rachael is an avid painter, a published film photographer, a yoga instructor, and a Harley Davidson enthusiast.
