Lindsay Wynter
Vice President of Operations
Lindsay Wynter is the VP of Operations with more than 30 years of experience focused on implementing best practices across the fund and its investments, leveraging experience in ERP deployments, customer service and financial operations, IT outsourcing, vendor contract negotiation including setting up offshore operations, and HR. He is concentrating on finding process improvements, developing metrics to measure success, as well as sourcing and developing individual and corporate strategic relationships.
Prior to joining Crest Rock, Lindsay was CFO at VITAC Corporation and Lumin8 Transportation Technologies, LLC., both PE backed portfolio companies in the Closed Captioning and Electrical Contractor industries respectively. Lindsay was responsible for all back-office functions including Finance, HR, IT, Legal and Facilities. Lindsay spent fifteen years at The Gores Group where he was a Managing Director focused on financial due diligence and portfolio company oversight. Prior thereto, Lindsay was the VP Corporate Controller at The Learning Company (“TLC”), a billion-dollar revenue division of Mattel prior to its divestiture to private equity. Lindsay led all day-day financial operations worldwide.
Prior to TLC, Lindsay began his career with Deloitte in the UK, where he gained his accounting qualification.
Lindsay is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers, and holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Northumberland.
Outside of Crest Rock, Lindsay enjoys spending time with his family, English Premier League soccer and traveling.
